Launch Dinner for Cognac François VOYER "Lot 84 for BAR DORAS Tokyo & Blanc Paris"

To celebrate the release of this limited edition of only 180 bottles, the Michelin-starred restaurant Blanc in Paris invites you to an exceptional evening.

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Pierre Vaudon, current owner and Master Blender of Cognac François VOYER, together with Mr. Yasutaka Nakamori, founder of BAR DORAS Tokyo, who will introduce this unique cuvée.

The evening will begin with two signature cognac cocktails, specially created by Mr. Nakamori, followed by a tasting of five exceptional cognacs, featuring an outstanding vintage from the Paradis of Cognac François VOYER—a 1935 Grande Champagne with a truly remarkable history—together with the BAR DORAS Tokyo Private Bottle and the Lot 84 for BAR DORAS Tokyo & Blanc Paris.

Dinner will be crafted by Chef Shinichi Sato, whose gastronomic cuisine has been specially designed to enhance the unique aromas and character of each cognac.
